Author’s Guideline

The paper must be original and have not been previously accepted in any journal or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All papers must conform to IRASEAT publication standard. At the review stage, kindly note that you need to submit only a draft of your paper. Please prepare this draft in a simple format explained below, with appropriate headings and a numbered reference style. This draft will be used only for the review purpose, and upon the acceptance of your paper, you will be requested to prepare your camera ready version of paper according to the template of corresponding journal or proceeding. More details and information about the template of journals or proceedings will be announced in this page, later, once confirmed.

For the draft, please setup the page, with A4 paper size, 1 column layout, 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman, size 12, with a margin of 2.0 cm from each side of the page (top, bottom, left, right).

The paper must be written in English with a maximum of 12 pages (according to above mentioned layout), including an abstract, references, tables, and figures. A sample file is available here. You can also download a word template for your draft, here.

Papers must be converted to and sent in PDF format, through EasyChair Peer Review and Conference Management System.

Authors should sign the copyright form that warrants the paper is original and that he/she is the author of the paper, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required.
